This hotel was fine base for exploring McAllen, truly enjoyed it and property’s extremely great and really kind staff with great customer service. The hotel location was marvellous to the taxi in front. Besides, we were just next door to a restaurant, shopping areas and several stores.

The rooms themselves were good sized in a double bedroom. Its location was favourable, near to the taxi in front and many other resturants. Also, Quinta Mazatlan was 2 miles away from the hotel.

Everything was great, including excellant stuff and marvellous location near a restaurant. The room was big and cozy, with a double bedroom and The condition, for example, slept really well. The rate was US$ 50.

The staff were nice and an absolute pleasure. We had spotless room and there was an exceptionally comfortable bed. There was a good bathroom.

During my stay over Xmas, I enjoyed the convenience of the location. It was situated right across the highway from big stores like Walmart, Target, Ross, and Burlington. This made it easy to do some last-minute holiday shopping. Additionally, the hotel was only a short 5-10 minute drive from the mall and 10 minutes from the center of town. It was a great location for exploring the area and getting everything I needed.

There were a number of disappointing aspects to my stay. the elevator was not working for the majority of my stay, which was quite inconvenient.

Location right by many other resturants as well as Mercedes outlets. The pool area is clean too. Nice staff with a good portion of humor.

The value for our money was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is if they offered more variety of breakfast items.
